Friend, you are fortunate to read this blog. I have decided to go to another level and get married. I am not getting younger and I need someone in my life. A partner whom I will grow old with and share the hardships of life. My journey has gone to another stage, a stage where there are no actors or props. The stage that will definitely change my life towards being a mature person.
It was true what my father have said to me. Marriage is like death, it comes unexpectedly. You feel it inside you and yet the decision to get married is like an explosion. It's a decision united by heart, mind and body. The human nature inside us makes us think that this is what God made us to do. We were born to find partners and reproduce. We must pass to the next generation our genes so that mankind will remain dominant.
Love, truly is a remarkable word. I love my girlfriend so much that I have stayed with her for 6 years now. Now that I decided to marry her and bring her to Australia. I feel that if I go there alone, I will truly be working like a man without a mission. A Filipino man in Australia with no direction because everyday I may go home alone. I need her beside me and she needs me too. I think this is the best thing to do.
